## v0.19.0

### Release date: 2026-10-16

Version **0.19.0** adds RRCP Trans monitoring, expands ADH metric coverage, and improves numeric precision in Prometheus output.

## What’s New

### RRCP Trans Monitoring

Select `app = "rrcp_trans"` in a target or `--app rrcp_trans` on the command line to collect process, daemon, packet-pool, and statistics metrics. The mapping provides 67 gauge families in the `rrcp_trans_` namespace, with `rrcp_role` labels distinguishing sink and source metrics.

Use the `core`, `sink`, and `source` filter groups, application-specific classes, or precise paths such as `sink.stats`. Traffic totals remain gauges; do not assume counter semantics or unverified units.

Local-file and Gateway licensing are supported. Gateway mode for RRCP Trans requires **Keystone Gateway v0.2.1**, the `rrcp_trans` entitlement, and a stable `component_instance_id` for every target. See [RRCP Trans targets](https://portal.cjcit.io/knowledge-base/lmc_exporter/0.19/configuration/exporter-targets/#rrcp-trans-target) and [metric configuration](https://portal.cjcit.io/knowledge-base/lmc_exporter/0.19/configuration/metric-configuration/#rrcp-trans).

### Expanded ADH Metrics

This release adds 196 metric definitions covering REST and source IPC servers, RRCP queue and read statistics, cache configuration, domain item counts, route login backoff, and TCP receive-window limits.

New class selectors are `RESTServer`, `SourceRIPCServer`, `SourceIPCServer`, `CacheListMgr`, `NoDataCache`, and `RecordDataCache`. Existing restrictive filters may exclude the new coverage. See [ADH metrics and filters](https://portal.cjcit.io/knowledge-base/lmc_exporter/0.19/configuration/metric-configuration/#adh-coverage).

Ten ADH event-time fields are now available as Unix-second gauges with `_timestamp_seconds` names. RRCP Trans also exposes process and daemon start-time gauges. Blank dates emit no sample; unsupported nonempty values are skipped with a diagnostic comment.

## Improvements

### Numeric Precision

Numeric rendering now preserves double precision, retaining individual seconds in timestamp gauges and improving precision for other numeric samples.

## Compatibility and Upgrade Notes

- Existing v0.18.0 configurations remain valid. No configuration keys or public endpoints are removed or renamed.
- **ADH series identities change:** additional RRCP source-driver and ThreadBindingStats CPU-binding labels create new label sets on existing metrics. Names and types are retained. Review queries, recording rules, joins, and downstream consumers that depend on exact labels, and allow for increased cardinality. The [ADH guidance](https://portal.cjcit.io/knowledge-base/lmc_exporter/0.19/configuration/metric-configuration/#adh-coverage) lists the affected labels.
- Match the exporter process timezone to the source application’s dates. Verify populated timestamp values and yearless dates around year boundaries. Do not interpret missing samples as epoch zero; time-only values and durations are not epoch timestamps. See [timestamp guidance](https://portal.cjcit.io/knowledge-base/lmc_exporter/0.19/configuration/metric-configuration/#timestamp-metrics).
- Before production use of RRCP Trans, validate live shared-memory discovery, role layout, readiness and recovery, timestamp interpretation, and source units. When using Gateway mode, also validate entitlement acquisition and renewal with your Gateway. Confirm ADH TCP window units and accumulation behavior before using those metrics in alerts.
- Upgrade using the supplied platform-specific **tar archive** and the [upgrade procedure](https://portal.cjcit.io/knowledge-base/lmc_exporter/0.19/deployment-operations/operations/#upgrade-to-0190). Preserve configuration, licensing files, and Gateway installation identity. Remove any newly added `rrcp_trans` targets if rolling back to v0.18.0.
